Physical Development — Healthy Living
Through sports and dance, children develop healthy, strong bodies, self-improvement drive, teamwork, rule-following, perseverance, discipline, and essential daily movement skills. While learning proper execution of basic physical exercises and sports techniques, they also develop actively and engagingly through dance.
Methodology
In physical education, fundamental movements (running, jumping, throwing, catching, keeping balance) are taught step by step, with attention to correct technique and safe execution. Combining exercises with games keeps children engaged and active. The dance component focuses on feeling rhythm and melody, coordinating movements, and developing physical expression — progressing from simple movements to building sequences and creating dances.
